Managing a diverse workplace involves a new set of challenges and successes for human resource professionals to manage. You will develop an Activity or Timeline Diagram to illustrate the key stages of a conflict resolution case. The diagram should effectively illustrate the steps involved in resolving a conflict, including the identification of the conflict, gathering information, assessing the situation, developing a resolution plan, implementing the plan, and evaluating the outcome.  
In addition to creating the diagram, you should also provide a brief written explanation of each stage of the conflict resolution process, including the key activities involved and the role of each party in the conflict resolution process.  
The activity or timeline diagram should be visually appealing and easy to understand, with clear labels and symbols to represent each stage of the conflict resolution process. Students may choose to use flowcharts, Gantt charts, or other diagramming tools to create their diagrams. 
Length: 1-2 page diagram, not including the title and reference pages
