Basically, I am almost done with the whole paper,  what you need to edit:
1. Make the paper smoother, use the research paper tone.(remove the abcd i wrote, make itcoherent) 
2. I did not use the in-text citation correctly, so fix this,(i attached the link that i did not use citation instead)
3. For the Market Dynamics part, you need to find the Opinion Poll Table to support your opinion, sources can come from Market Research Agencies, Academic Research, etc.
4. Also the Urban Planning part, plz make them read smoothly.
5. Feel free to add more sources that can support the whole paper and also feel free to add your opinion as long as it is reasonable.
6. I did not write the conclusion part since the market dynamics part had not finished yet, so write about just 1 page is fine.
7. the graph i attached, probably needs a brief explanation? (i think)
