Proposed solution: adding a virtual
assistant (chatbot) feature, which helps students identify entities that align
with their interests, as well as assists them in quickly responding to
recurring inquiries and clarifying the next steps that should be taken.
Chatbot is a type of
virtual assistant. It is typically used to interact with people via text
messages in Coop platform. it can make a significant support to answer
frequently asked questions, guide people to the appropriate information, and
provide support in many activities.
